as mischievous and even tempestuous as she is, Lyanna has something of a reputation, one not wholly earned. she's forever being told what and who she ought to want to do, what and who she shouldn't ought to want to do, and how, true or false, it makes her look in the public eye, but she's figuring out that none of it lines up with what she wants for herself.
